We’ve known each other for nearly 20 years. John’s spent that time building a career in private hire — driving clients, managing bookings, and navigating an industry that still runs on WhatsApp messages and phone calls. Jack’s spent it building websites, AI systems, and digital tools for businesses across dozens of industries.
One day, over a conversation about how the industry actually works, the penny dropped. John was describing the daily grind — jobs flying past in group chats while he’s behind the wheel, calls going to voicemail because he can’t answer mid-journey, money disappearing simply because he was busy doing the actual work.
Jack’s response was simple: “AI can fix that. All of it.”
That conversation became CodeE Office. Not a faceless tech company — a partnership between someone who lives the problem every day and someone who knows how to build the solution. Between us, we’ve got the industry knowledge, the technical skills, and nearly two decades of trust.
The founders
John Coady
John’s been in private hire for over 15 years. He runs an award-winning chauffeur service in Dorset and has a network of hundreds of drivers across the UK. He knows the industry inside out — the WhatsApp groups, the scramble for jobs, the missed calls while you’re behind the wheel.
He’s the person who makes sure every product we build actually solves a real problem. If it doesn’t pass John’s test, it doesn’t ship.

Jack Duel
Jack has over a decade of experience in web development, AI, and digital strategy — including projects for some of the world’s biggest brands through leading creative agencies.
He builds the AI systems that power CodeE Office — the WhatsApp monitoring, the voice agents, the calendar integrations, the local SEO infrastructure. Everything that runs quietly in the background so you don’t have to think about it.

Alex coordinates the entire operation — managing workflows, delegating tasks across the team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The first one working in the morning and the last to clock off at night.

Gina keeps the founders organised — managing schedules, preparing briefs, and handling the day-to-day admin that would otherwise eat into client time. Sharp, reliable, and always one step ahead.
Hunter
Hunter identifies opportunities, researches target markets, and prepares outreach campaigns. Always looking for the next business that could benefit from what we do — and making sure we reach them at the right time.
Hannah
Hannah creates content calendars, writes posts, and manages our social presence across platforms. She turns case studies and blog content into scroll-stopping social content that speaks to real business owners.
Lisa
Lisa is the first point of contact for existing clients — handling queries, and making sure every customer feels looked after. Fast responses, no runaround, and a genuine focus on getting things sorted.
