If you go over, we’ll get in touch before your next billing cycle to discuss a plan that fits your call volume — either a higher-usage plan at a fixed monthly price, or a simple per-minute rate for the extra minutes. We won’t apply any charges without your written agreement. However, the service does require an appropriate plan for your usage level, so if we can’t agree on an upgrade we may need to end the subscription. For businesses with multiple branches or consistently high call volumes, we offer custom packages — just ask.

Absolutely. We build citations, optimise your Google Business Profile, and create content that works with any website. We’ll send you the blog posts and geo pages to publish on your own site. If your site isn’t up to scratch, our Website add-on gives you a professionally designed site built for local search — available with any package that includes Local SEO.

Local SEO is priced per physical business location. Each package covers one location and the surrounding area within a 10–15 mile radius — that’s the area Google considers “local” for your business. If you operate from multiple offices or branches, each one needs its own package to rank in its own area. Get in touch and we can put together a multi-location deal.
