No. It’s monthly rolling. Cancel anytime with no penalty, no fees, no awkward phone calls. We keep you because the service pays for itself, not because of a contract.

If you cancel and resubscribe later, you’ll pay whatever the current price is at that time. It’s our way of rewarding the people who back us early.

AI Calls & Calendar

Yes. AI call answering technology has come a long way and can now handle inbound calls with a natural, professional voice. Our AI Calls & Calendar service answers your phone 24/7, checks your availability in real time, books jobs into your calendar, and sends confirmations to customers — all without you needing to pick up. It works for chauffeurs, tradespeople, wedding suppliers, mobile services, estate agents, and any business where you can’t always answer the phone.
When a customer calls your business number, the AI answers using your business name and handles the conversation naturally. It can answer questions about your services and pricing, check your calendar for availability, book appointments, send SMS confirmations, and take messages for anything it can’t handle. You get notified instantly when a booking is made. The caller experience is similar to speaking with a professional receptionist.
The AI voice is natural and professional — most callers won’t notice the difference. It uses your business name, knows your services and pricing, and handles conversations the way a good receptionist would. If a caller needs something the AI can’t handle, it takes a message and you get notified immediately.
Your AI Calls subscription includes up to 300 AI-handled minutes per month — that’s roughly 100 three-minute calls. Most businesses use far less than this. If your call volume regularly exceeds this, we’ll get in touch to discuss a plan that better fits your needs. We’ll never charge you extra without talking to you first.
We’ll never cut off your AI receptionist mid-month or charge you without warning. We notify you at 80% and 100% of your included minutes so there are no surprises. If you hit 300 minutes, the AI keeps answering for the rest of that month. If you’re regularly exceeding 300 minutes, we’ll get in touch to discuss a plan that fits your call volume — either a higher-usage plan at a fixed monthly price, or a simple per-minute rate for the extra minutes. Nothing changes until you agree to it in writing. For businesses with multiple branches or consistently high call volumes, we offer custom packages — just ask.
AI receptionist services typically range from £100 to £500 per month depending on features and call volume. CodeE Office’s AI Calls & Calendar starts from £150/month with no setup fees, no contracts, and no per-call charges. That includes 24/7 call answering, calendar integration, booking management, SMS confirmations, and missed call follow-up. For businesses with multiple branches or higher call volumes, we offer custom packages — get in touch to discuss.
Research suggests that up to 85% of people whose calls go unanswered won’t call back. If you miss just 5 calls per week and half of those would have been bookings worth £100 each, that’s roughly £1,000 per month in lost revenue. For sole traders who can’t answer the phone while working — drivers, tradespeople, mobile services — the real cost adds up quickly.
No. Using AI to answer incoming calls to your own business is perfectly legal. The regulations around AI calling mainly apply to outbound robocalling and spam — not to answering calls from customers who are trying to reach you. Our AI receptionist answers your phone on your behalf, using your business name, just like a human receptionist would.

WhatsApp Interceptor

Yes — Interceptor is built specifically for the private hire industry where WhatsApp group job-sharing is the norm. It monitors your groups, identifies job postings, checks your diary and location, and claims suitable jobs on your behalf. AI Calls & Calendar and Local SEO work for any service business.
WhatsApp offers official automation through the WhatsApp Business API for things like automated replies and chatbots. Interceptor uses a different approach designed specifically for private hire drivers — it monitors the WhatsApp groups where jobs are posted, uses AI to identify genuine job postings (and filter out general chat), then checks your diary and location before claiming suitable jobs on your behalf.
It shouldn’t — Interceptor checks your calendar, location, radius preferences, and vehicle class before claiming anything. But if it does, you can decline within the group as normal. We also fine-tune your settings over the first few days to get the filtering spot-on for you.
Interceptor uses a tiered delay system based on your proximity to the pickup. If you’re close to the job, it claims faster. If you’re further away, it waits to give closer drivers priority. This keeps things fair and ensures jobs go to the driver who makes the most sense — which also means fewer cancellations and better customer experiences.

Local SEO

Local SEO is the process of improving your visibility in local search results — the map listings and local results that appear when someone searches for a service near them, like “plumber near me” or “chauffeur service Dorset.” It includes optimising your Google Business Profile, building citations across online directories, creating location-specific content, and earning reviews. For sole traders and small service businesses, local SEO is often the most cost-effective way to get more customers finding you.
Local SEO services in the UK typically range from £200 to £800 per month depending on the provider and what’s included. CodeE Office offers Local SEO for £200/month, which includes citation building and management, Google Business Profile optimisation, hyper-local geo pages for your service area, 4–5 SEO blog posts per month, and monthly rank tracking with reporting. No setup fees, no contracts.
For most small service businesses, yes — particularly local SEO. If your customers search for your type of service on Google (and they almost certainly do), appearing in the top local results can be the difference between a full diary and an empty one. The key is choosing a provider that focuses on local search specifically, not generic SEO agencies selling packages that aren’t relevant to your area or industry.
Absolutely. We build citations, optimise your Google Business Profile, and create content that works with any website. We’ll send you the blog posts and geo pages to publish on your own site. If your site isn’t up to scratch, our Website add-on gives you a professionally designed, industry-specific site built for local search — available with any package that includes Local SEO.
The biggest factors in local ranking are: a fully optimised Google Business Profile with accurate information and regular posts, consistent citations across directories (your business name, address, and phone number listed identically everywhere), reviews from real customers, location-specific pages on your website, and fresh content like blog posts targeting local keywords. CodeE Office’s Local SEO service handles all of this for you.
Any business that serves customers in a specific area benefits from local SEO. This includes chauffeurs and private hire drivers, plumbers, electricians, and tradespeople, wedding photographers and event suppliers, mobile hairdressers and beauty therapists, personal trainers, cleaning services, and other sole traders. If people in your area search Google for the service you offer, local SEO helps make sure they find you.
Each Local SEO package covers one physical business location and its surrounding area — typically a 10–15 mile radius, which is the area Google treats as “local” for your business. For most sole traders and single-location businesses, one package is all you need. If you have multiple offices or branches in different areas, each location needs its own package to rank locally. We offer multi-location discounts — just get in touch.

Growing your business

For sole traders and small service businesses, the three biggest levers are: answering every enquiry (missed calls and slow replies are the number one reason businesses lose bookings), being visible locally (appearing in Google search results when people look for your service in your area), and making it easy to book (quick responses and confirmation messages). CodeE Office addresses all three with AI call answering, local SEO, and automated booking management.
The most common reason sole traders miss work isn’t lack of demand — it’s that they’re too busy doing the work to answer enquiries. Calls go to voicemail, messages go unanswered, and jobs go to someone who responds faster. The most effective thing you can do is make sure every enquiry gets a fast, professional response — even when you’re mid-job. AI tools like the ones CodeE Office provides handle this automatically, so you never miss an opportunity.
AI can handle the repetitive, time-sensitive tasks that cost small businesses money when they’re missed. At CodeE Office, that means: answering phone calls 24/7 and booking jobs, monitoring WhatsApp groups and claiming work automatically, writing SEO content and managing your online visibility, and following up with customers who didn’t get through. It’s not about replacing you — it’s about doing the things you can’t do while you’re busy working.
